The Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshores area is the seaward gateway to the City of Coffs Harbour and a port entry to Australia. Together with its foreshores, the harbour is a place that is highly valued by the people of the City. It has a rich history and substantial cultural significance both to the Indigenous peoples of the region and to its non Aboriginal population.
Jetty Foreshore Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA)
Foreshore For All is opposed to Property Development NSW’s planning proposal, however it is still necessary to comment on the suitability of this VPA. This deal is not good enough. The community deserves certainty and public benefit must come first.
